These Shocknet Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Shocknet website, customer portal, services, and applications. Description

Through this website, you can access all your Shocknet accounts, site services, and applications using a single Username and Password. You can log in once and access all systems without repeated prompts. Shocknet users do not need to remember multiple passwords to use different systems or applications.

You guarantee that the information you provide through the Shocknet portal is (a) true, accurate, current, and complete, and (b) maintained and promptly updated to remain true, accurate, current, and complete. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the Philippine courts in Davao City. You agree to submit to their jurisdiction. Shocknet does not guarantee access to this Site in regions where its content is illegal or prohibited. If you access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk.

General

Any claim relating to the Site and its materials is governed by Philippine law. Invalid provisions will be deleted, and remaining provisions enforced.
